We go 'Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was white as snow', up a semitone each time.
And then 'Everywhere that Mary went, the lamb was sure to go', down a semitone each time.

Hi, Jenni. So if I'm understanding you correctly, your choir sings the words of "Mary Had a Little Lamb" syllable by syllable up and down an octave by semitones (or half-steps, as we call them in the U.S.)?
Sounds very tricky for a group - I'm going to try it!
