Rustic Chapel - Do you know it?

I cannot remember the name for sure, it was a piece I played probably in the early 50s.

what do I need I need to do to get more information on your music? I am an at-home piano teacher with about 17 students. I live in a small town and teach after school 3 days a week!!

I am definitely interested in any more teaching ideas. The sheet music I am trying to find is Rustic Chapel or something like that!!!
