Just found your site while looking for some beginner music for teaching my kids, and just wanted to tell you I enjoyed reading about your small-town life. We live in what's considered a small city in China (1 million people!) on the edge of the Gobi Desert.

Feeling a little jealous of your snow at the moment. Anyway, blessings to you and your family - and thank you for providing such a wonderful resource!

Hello, Stephanie, I have to say I have always been curious about the Gobi Desert since reading a true story called THE LONG WALK in which a group of escaped political prisoners from the Soviet Union (foolishly) make their way across it, desperate to put as much distance between themselves and their former Soviet prison guards.
